We have the most modern technology and machines capable of machining oversized sizes with millimeter accuracy. Therefore it is not a problem for us to meet your specific and strict requirements for quality and precision.
Welding
Many years of experience in welding enable us to offer welding of structural steel in the entire strength range :
- Low carbon steel
- High-strength steel S700MC
- High-strength heat-strengthened steels S690QL to S1100QL
We use semi-automatic welding methods in protective gas shielding (TIG, MIG, MAG) with solid and powder wires.
Construction weight up to 20 tons.
Cutting
We produce our own sheet metal elements for welded constructions. We use laser, plasma and gas cutting. Thermal cutting is done using modern equipment and highly qualified technical personnel guaranteeing the highest quality of elements.
We do the cutting with:
- Laser / table format 2000 by 4000 mm – thickness 0,5 mm - 20 mm; laser power 4kw
- 3D plasma / table format 6000 by 12 000 mm – thickness 1 mm – 40 mm; 3D plasma cutting – 2 heads
- Autogenous / table format 5000 by 16 500 mm – thickness 6mm – 150 mm; cutting (autogenous) – 2 burners
Machining
We are able to machine any of our designs – whether it is roughing or precise finishing of details.
Our machine park enables us to process small simple details as well as complex large-scale welded constructions. Mechanical processing is done in the following scope :
